With the progress made in the UL approval for GST products, we've started to put more efforts in the development of North American market. Recently, GST completed its debut in the 2007 NFPA World Safety Conference & Exposition held in the Boston International Exhibition Center, USA.
The WSCE is one of the major annual events of NFPA and the most important professional Fire Exposition in the USA as well. There were approximately 300 exhibitors from both local and global fire protection industries attending the exhibition, and over 5000 visitors were attracted to the exhibition.
It is the first time presence of GST fire products in the US market, and the purpose of this attendance is to increase the brand awareness among local companies. During the 3-day exhibition, there were over hundred of visitors coming to GST's booth, and a lot of fire professionals from local fire companies showed their great interests in GST products.
This WSCE is not only a good exposure of GST products, but also a great opportunity for us to understand the mainstream fire alarm products in the local market and enhance the knowledge of local requirements for fire products. It has provided us lots of valuable information on our product development for the specific market in the world. |
